Business Finland and Hokkoku Financial Holdings Strengthen Innovation and Infrastructure Collaboration

Hokkoku Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. and Business Finland have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote innovation and establish a cooperative framework in real estate and infrastructure development.

We look forward to deepening our collaboration in these and many other areas, exploring new opportunities for co-creation, and driving forward solutions that benefit both our nations and the global community,” remarked Mirja Kaarlela from Business Finland.

The MoU aims to deepen collaboration in the areas of innovation, startup development, and regional infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on the Hokuriku region in Japan. The two organizations will work together to facilitate business matchmaking, exchange expertise, and promote joint initiatives that benefit both ecosystems.
