Verne Pori Data Center is sustainable, AI-ready data center. The data center is located in an underground bedrock tunnel network covering 8,500 square meters, originally quarried for the Finnish Defence Forces. The facility consists of 9 separate tunnel halls giving the perfect opportunity for modularity, security and cost efficiency.
The data center is powering your journey to sustainability with 100% renewable energy including its own solar power plant. The bedrock further reduces the need for cooling and improves energy efficiency of the site.
Direct liquid cooling has been integrated into the facility and it is fully operational. Overall site capacity is 11MW.
Verne Finland (previously known as Ficolo) also operates the data center in Tampere and in Helsinki area.
