The climate is ideal for air cooling and a multitude of lakes provide more than enough of make up water water for the cooling towers if decided to be used at the site. The local municipalities provide support and advice in making the investment as fluent as possible. Extensive network of educational institutes provide skillful and motivated staff members in adequate numbers.
