Seinäjoki Pihlajaniemi data center site is the future gateway to Europe - Asia - North America -connections.
The site is located in 1,5 kilometers distance from dark fibre line and it is served by multiple data and power supply operators (up to 110 kV).
In the immediate proximity of the site will be constructed a shopping center of 60.000 square meters and a housing area of 15.000 inhabitants. This enables e.g. an easy utilization of excess heat.
