About Vihreä Härkä Oy

We are in the forefront of plant protein market since 2014. As first farm we offered fresh broadbean to Stockmann retail 2014 and 2015 for Ruohonjuuri special shops. We have developped new methods of using and processing broadbean from field to fork, and as always job in just beginning. You may think, that is a man man show, but it is the opposite; our network is the key to product development and managing the whole value chain. We support our strategic partners all the way and create lifelong relationships with trust.
