VTT brings strong research know-how into cybersecurity. We offer tailored solutions, evaluation and advisory. We have expertise, for example, in the fields of cyber preparedness and quantum-safe cybersecurity.

Our background and multidisciplinary expertise make us equipped to deal with demanding environments and critical industries, including energy, defence, and telecommunications.

VTT has in-house quantum computers for development of quantum algorithms and SW, as well as hybrid computing with CSC'c Lumi HPC. VTT also offers R&D services for quantum computer (superconductive) hardware, quantum sensing and enabling technologies.

VTT invests significantly on research of novel technologies and applying those to real life scenarios. For example, utilizing AI in protecting, monitoring and forming cyber security situational awareness.

Our offering

VTT offers R&D services in digital technologies including among others cybersecurity and quantum computing. In cybersecurity, we work with our customers and partners to find new ways to prepare for cyber risks and threats today and in the quantum era. In quantum computing, we work with our customers and partners to identify applications and use cases for getting quantum advantage via hybrid and/or quantum algorithm development. We have an in-house quantum computer Helmi connected to Lumi HPC.
